At Dahlia Rose, we want to ensure that you love every item you purchase with us. If you are not satisfied with your item or it does not fit you, you can return the item and you will be issued with a store credit, as long as the item complies with our terms and conditions of return (see below). Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned item. The amount of store credit issued, will be for the purchase price excluding any shipping costs. The store credit can be used at anytime. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that the size you require will be in stock. Please contact us first if you wish to return an item and we will send further details to you via email.
We inspect our clothing carefully before it is shipped out to you. As a result refunds will only be issued if the incorrect item is shipped to you, or the item has a manufacturing fault.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, if the incorrect item has been shipped to you or it has a manufacturing fault. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, order number, description of the issue including photographs and we will respond with the next steps. We reserve the right to refuse a refund once the images and information has been assessed. If the incorrect item has been shipped to you, or the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will refund any shipping costs once the item has been returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of return. PROOF OF PURCHASE
To complete your refund/return, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund/store credit.
SHIPPING cost with returned items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a return.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
– Items must be returned within 10 days after receiving your order, otherwise it will be denied.
– All items being returned must be posted via a traceable service at the customer’s expense.
– Proof of purchase must be included with the returned item
– All items must be returned in their original condition unwashed and unworn, with all tags still attached.
– Any items which are damaged, altered, soiled or stained will not be accepted.
– Any items with makeup or fake tan stains will also not be accepted.
– Please take care when trying on your order, as returned items must not smell of perfume/deodorant or washing powder.
– Rejected items can be posted back to the customer at the customers expense.
All the above rules apply for orders made via the accepted payment methods.
